Lets racing time

Hit me with whatever you can, I'm up for it.
But I have to race within a week because I'm going away for a while and won't be able to race and record with my laptop.

I do love a good mystery. I'd need to set up my recording stuff again, though, since I've reinstalled my OS since the last time I recorded a race.

A NES rom, and you'd need to set the start button for Controller 2.

Well if the interest is there maybe the best route would be for me to act as the host, like Brickroad and MCBanjoMike were during the pentathlons.

Yeah, I don't think you get a choice when you're running something blind.

Tentatively looking at Saturday for score attack times (after McDohl's stream probably).

Anyone worried about racing something they don't know, I can almost guarantee you've got the basics down.

I won't be able to Saturday, since I have to work and I don't know if my fucking computer will go very long without locking up right now. Looking forward to the mystery reveal.

I'll probably be away this weekend, and my setup hasn't been tested properly either. But I don't mind waiting/being part of a second group, if you do one.

Start button for a second controller? Glad my USB thingy supports two Wii Classic Controllers.

All of these statements apply to me as well.

I totally just used the Select button on the controller I was using for Player 1. You could use something on the keyboard as well.

Looks like we have Ossobucco, Umby, and Dadaph, with Narishm, ShadowWarriorLuke, and MarioFreak1989 as potentials.

Went through the entire list of games I own to see if I have one where the second controller start button actually does something, and I believe I found one in my collection. Am I disqualified for knowing?

We're just seeing if Umby shows up.

I have to get in on this some time... well, at least when a game comes up that I am not incredibly terrible at.

Fridaygirl said she wanted to get to know Final Cut Pro, to maybe start editing races. Since I haven't started editing the Panic Restaurant one yet, I figured she could take a crack at that. I am sending copies of the files over her way and officially passing the reigns on that race over to her.

(I am still working on the All-Stars and Mega Man Pentathlons too, I already have a lot of work done with those, they are close to being finished [touch-ups and rendering left] whenever I get more than a day free that isn't in the hospital =/)

I have a new superfan on Youtube that wants me to do a blind MM6 race with him.

The idea IS fascinating...

MM6 isn't exactly the most difficult MM game, but a blind race could take a few hours, so good luck with that.
Unfortunately, the game is no longer blind for me(it was until very recently, watch as I struggle and actually LEARN a certain part of that game during the upcoming Mega Man Pentathlon).
