Small suggestion from the little bit I did see: Take a minute to say "hi" so people know whose voice is whom.

I don't like this because the intro always seems to turn out like this:

"Hi! I'm so-and-so. And this is..."

*six seconds of silence*

*two guys try to talk at once*

Might I recommend getting everyone to say their name at the start of their own recording, then bake in some time for you to cut and move the audio around so that it fits?

Or just arrange an order before everyone hits "record".

Blaaaaargh, the video only loads about a minute for me. I started downloading it via DownloadHelper, but even that is progressing slooooowly.

I may have to wait till tomorrow morning to watch this, when the internets up here tends to be more normal-ish. This is just the worst thing.

try changing the quality (then changing it right back) and it should buffer the rest of the way

Watched a little bit so far, so when did you guys notice I fell offline?

It's funny to watch Brick lament being underwater with no fireballs when there were two whole power-ups he missed in 2-1.

I mean, I had plenty of time to find them with how much time I spent there!

In the meantime, don't feel like you guys have to wait on me to organize races. Hop on Skype and just record whatever. Use the VirtualDub link Rai posted upthread, along with the racing avisynth script, to put it all together really easy-like.
