Hi there. As a former lurker of the LP portion of ypur forum, I decided to finally make an accout and attempt my own LP here, but I have a question: Whats the established courtesy on LPing an already LP'd game? SkyRenders FFV LP was wonderful, but I want to attempt to LP the Jeff Ludwig Custom Classes Mod of FFV Advance, which among other things opens up all 3 possible skill slots for all classes, rebalances classes/enemies/spells/equipment, and changes how stats work, as well as giving access to all classes (even new ones) before the first third of the game is over and changes the order of them to make it work.

In short, is this different enough to not make it seem like Im stepping on toes, and is there potential interest in such an LP?

From the OP: "You may not claim a game that is currently being LPed. Once the current LP of the game you would like to do is finished, and if you feel you have something to add, you may, using the claim process described above, LP that game"

It sounds like your mod qualifies as that! I'll let others chip in to say whether or not they'd be interested in following it!

I think the policy is that as long as you say you're doing it in here, you're free to do whatever game you want. Just no duplicates of currently running games, and if you're doing a game that's been done, then do it better than they did.

I am a long-time (kinda) lurker of these boards and would like to start an LP of Terranigma. I have already asked BEAT and he is fine with me taking over.

I am just wondering: would it make more sense to take up the old thread or to start a new one? Are there any advantages / disadvantages to either approach?

While I'm not sure if I could call it a straight up "Let's Play" I have sworn a blood oath with my all-important STREAM BROS that I'm gonna do a full playthrough of Crypt Worlds on my twitch.

Okay, so in an effort to keep changing up my LPs and keep them vaguely fresh, I'm going to attempt a more-interactive-than-usual run of The Sword of Hope.

(I'm also pulling together stuff for Great Greed, Final Fantasy Legend 2 and Super Mario Land, but have yet to determine an order for them or other particularly useful details. Just so people know where I tentatively stand.)
