That sounds like the worst thing of the worst thing.

Edit:

Quote:
Q: So why'd you decide to do this?
A: It's pretty simple actually. I think FF6 is one of the greatest games of all time, but perhaps a bit forgotten because it came out so long ago. Friendship is Magic has such a large cast of characters with well defined personalities, I felt they could carry the story and make a sort of "lost sequel" or at least a good remix of such a great game.
Worstness confirmed.

Oh, good, finally MLP can help bring Final Fantasy 6 out of the shadows of history for a new generation.

Okay, there's enough morbid curiosity so let's give it a shot. Queue me up for July and I'll see about getting the first post out tomorrow.

It's less "morbid curiosity" and more "frothing hatred."

I for one welcome our new Pony overlords.

(which is to say I'm greatly looking forward to this.)

I'm thinking of LPing Phantom Brave. We Meet Again content is optional, but it's the only NISA RPG I know how to break over my knee.

I suppose my question is: would you read it?

And I need some way to screencap from the Wii.

I would probably read it. I got annoyed with that game because the battlemap isn't grid based (if I'm remembering correctly) but the characters were pretty charming.

I have the game (PSP) in my backlog so, if it happens, I will certainly read it, and I might actually play along.

What's nice is that We Meet Again comes with a digital art CD, whichever include tons of sprites and stuff. I'll take a look at it again tonight.

Is this a formal request to reserve the game?

Default The Most Wanted category

Is this a thing people want? We have one game in there now: Final Fallacy: Dusk of Spirits and no one has shown any interest in stepping up to LP it nor has anyone else listed things that they'd like to see LPed.

Yes, I'd like to reserve Phantom Brave: We Meet Again.

Let's go with September. It'll give me time to replay it and get familiar with it.

I thought we had a bunch of things in that category! I know I requested LPs of two or three things myself in the old archive threads.

I haven't gone through the entire archives but the only thing that has been on the list since I started was Final Fallacy.

I'm interested! Should we just make requests in here?

Also it made he aware of Dusk of Spirits, which I plan on playing eventually!

Is that the spoonybard's sequal? I didn't know there was a desire to see that game broken down LP style. I remember talk about it because we have the somewhat unique ability to get commentary from the player, creator, and beta testers, but talk was as far as it got.
