I would have run if I could!

Guts notches another kill.
So go ahead guys, I did all the work, leaving you guys to loot the treasure. (I hope it's trapped) |
#423
When it comes back around to my turn I'll give my Healing Potion to MURDERSTORM
#424
After one of you lay-abouts loots that treasure, you want to form VOLTRON at N16?

Guts
6/8 Body, 2 Mind Chroyikis Dadreechinthleeblifus Frupladlusfidrotus 6/7 Body, 3 Mind Murderstorm 5/6 Body, 4 Mind Roku 2/4 Body, 6 Mind You guys just let me know what you want to happen here. |

I'm thinking it's probably best if Loki searches for treasure because of Disarm Traps. How's that sound?
Then VOLTRON N16 works for me. |
#427
A) There are no traps in this quest
B) Disarm Traps is a separate action anyway |
#428
I disarm the traps. I also mosey on in to J3 and treasure.
#429

You open the chest and find...
Frabjous day! 84 gold coins! Why, with the 50 coins you already had, that's enough to buy a helmet. |
#430
I buy a helmet.
#431
Silly dwarf! There's no store in the dungeon.

Unless you're me, and by me I mean Savage Cheating
#434
That's a plan then. I'll be at M-16 as VOLTRON's legs
#435
GUTS MAKE HEAD (to N16).
Guts also roll crappy movement (4) but as long as any monsters inside aren't hugging the corners, I should be able to still reach em. Plus, maybe the dice karma will boost Dwarfman's movement roll. What's inside Mog-man? |
#436

The door creaks open, and you see...
Oh, my. Two Chaos Warriors await you. What's a Chaos Warrior, you ask? Tremble in fear as you behold the most powerful minion in Zargon's service. Second only to the Gargoyle itself*, these are nonetheless the strongest enemies that you will ever fight in multiples. Here's a painted version. The other figure in that picture is the Chaos Warlock, who doesn't actually have a stat block of his own. It's the figure that's used for unique enemies that don't resemble any of the other guys. Anyway, Chaos Warriors! Oh, and a treasure chest, if you survive that long. Good luck! *Speaking of which, where is that guy? |
#437
LET'S DO THIS
Guts moves in to Q15 (above the Chaos Dude at Q16), and takes a swing, chewing through two of the Chaos Warrior's three body points. I set this one up guys, now help me know this Garland rip-off down! |

As an aside, this mission is a LOT bigger than I remember. Perhaps ten years will do a number on one's memory, but does this thing take up the entire dang board?
#441
No, you just haven't explored the rest.
#442
Maybe next time before we VOLTRON we can explore everything exploreable without opening a door.
#443
Still waiting on the vertically-challenged bearded one?
#444
He's probably just intimidated. You can do it, little guy!
#445
I don't really like any of my options here. I guess I'll move to P16, and swing once. It doesn't work.
#446
I rolled a 10 on movement. My options:
Move to R16 and try to finish the guy off. Roku is in danger. Move to O17 and plink at that guy. Roku is safe. Run away. I like going to R16 and trying to finish the guy off. What do you all think? |

Go for it Gerad. I can get far enough away.
