https://deadline.com/2020/09/jonathan-majors-ant-man-3-marvel-universe-1203028234/ Jonathan Majors is cast as Kang the Conqueror!
Basically I am at the point in the Media Engagement Cycle where I'm totally over marvel, and will only check out their movies if they look like they're just gonna go balls to the wall with weird shit that you can't really turn into Happy Meals Toys or coloring books.
Oh, Kang, that's neat, I guess if they're not doing Doom he's the next best--
WAIT he's the villain in Ant-Man 3?! Holy shit!
There was a Spider-Man sequel last July.Honestly, it feels like everyone is at this stage. The last entry was a year and a half ago and the pandemic pushed the followup projects back so hard that it feels like the whole thing just... ended. And as much as I'd love to see the really psychedelic Dr. Strange and Jane-Thor stuff they announced, I'd be fine if the whole venture did end at Endgame.

Ah shit, I forgot. Yeah that was him.I mean, I'd rather not considering what we know about Warren Ellis now and that comic is extremely told in his voice.
Okay then, some OTHER group of Z-tier loser heroes getting into dumbass shenanigans.
Which Avengers run is that page from? I’d have assumed Ultimates, since it looks to be in character for them, but neither they nor Mighty Avengers dealt with Beyond Corporation.
Ellis might have been more cavalier about that kind of thing since the story was NOT explicitly canonical when he was writing it
It's actually Captain America and the Mighty Avengers, which was between Mighty and New.
I mean, there's no reason the Great Lake Avengers can't beat up cops. They can even beat up Americops.Okay then, some OTHER group of Z-tier loser heroes getting into dumbass shenanigans, in which a cop gets super fucked up.
Oh, Kang, that's neat, I guess if they're not doing Doom he's the next best--
WAIT he's the villain in Ant-Man 3?! Holy shit!
Wikipedia said:Psycho-Man [is] the leader of a technocracy that governs a microscopic system of worlds in the Microverse. Due to overpopulation on these worlds, the character decides that the macroscopic world will be an ideal new base. Using technology from the mainstream Marvel universe, Psycho-Man remains microscopic in size but is able to function by controlling a suit of advanced human-sized armor.
