I do think some of the later comics suggest that the third Phantom was especially fond of dramatic entrances, and provided the later generations with ideas on how to appear especially intimidating. Which is another reason for why I think the third is my favorite.So that's where the Phantoms get their sense for the dramatic and their love for garish costumes from.

Well, if there's rifling in the barrel then that should cause the eyeballs to spin and remain pointed forward. But that relies on the eyeballs being in the right position when they're loaded into the chamber. I wonder if the opticThe best part... you know the eye isn't going to remain iris forward. It's a gun that shoots eyeballs that shoots concussive blasts... EVERYWHERE.
