Right. Bugs almost always clowns on big, dumb and strong but ineffective mooks. Bebop is just a quintessential example of one of those. Bugs will run proverbial circles around Bebop. It's not a matter of if Bugs wins, it's just down to how much he wants to abuse Bebop before finishing him off. Bugs wins but only too late does he realize that they share a common enemy - turtles.Bugs defeats Bebop no question. He's the type he defeats easily.

In literally their first appearance, The Doctor and friends take one out by tricking it onto an old throw rug where it has bad traction, then just kinda walking up, flipping off the top dome, and punching the little Krang inside.The way people talk about Daleks here really makes me feel like they're mostly ineffective villains that can't get anything done.
