So I tried to Reply to part of a post. It gave me the same error 2 times in a row, then I switched to the non-BB code editor and the reply worked after that. This is on Android Chrome.
Welcome to Talking Time's third iteration! If you would like to register for an account, or have already registered but have not yet been confirmed, please read the following:
Once you have completed these steps, Moderation Staff will be able to get your account approved.
TT staff acknowledge that there is a backlog of new accounts that await confirmation.
Unfortunately, we are putting new registrations on hold for a short time.
We do not expect this delay to extend beyond the first of November 2020, and we ask you for your patience in this matter.

Yeah, obviously the space, though I was actually trying to type ST:Disco which looks weirder with a space. But the empty tag trick works!
Still a bit weird that there's no way to just turn it off, though.
Might be an Edge (or Chromium) only thing - I don't see any extra line breaks in those posts using Firefox on Win 10.Has anyone else been noticing erroneous linebreaks after italics? For example, this post by me (after "X6") and this post by Kishi (after "Dark Souls"). At first I thought it was user error, but then I noticed it's only on desktop; if I look at either post on my phone, there isn't a linebreak there at all.
It's not a big deal, obviously, but it's a little irksome. It's only been doing this since yesterday, seemingly coinciding with the banner rotation, though I don't know if they're actually related.
I'm using Edge on Windows 10, for the record.

Just chiming in to say that I get these weird line breaks after italics too. I'm on Chrome on Windows 10. I believe I also see it in Chrome in iOS as well.Has anyone else been noticing erroneous linebreaks after italics?
I'm using Edge on Windows 10, for the record.
