You can save it as a .gif or whatever you like -- go to File, and "Export as," and select what you want (the selections might be minimized by default).

And instead of selecting, you could just manually change the extension. (Trying to do this under Save As will have the program tell you GIFs require the Export menu, and will helpfully direct you there.)

I discovered my home computer has Photoshop, which made things much easier (I still can't get paint.net to install here).
Round 1 Yellow Sign Turn 3 Power: 3 Action: Use The Screaming Dead to move the King in Yellow to Europe. (1 power) The Screaming Dead gives me another immediate action. Action: Desecrate Europe. (2 power) I have 6 units in Europe, so it's a success. I add a desecration token to Europe and take an undead as my free unit. I take the Zin Gaya spellbook for desecrating Europe. Power: 0 |

I'm still downloading the latest iteration of the map, but I might as well get my turn in now.
Round 1 Crawling Chaos Turn 3 Power: 3 Action - Build a gate in Australia (3 Power) For controlling 3 gates, I take the Seek and Destroy spellbook. Power: 0 When I've finished updating the map, I'll try using GIMP to update it. Periodical's turn is next. EDIT: I was able to add a gate to the map without stealing it from anyone else! Progress! Speaking only for myself, I'd have no problem with that; my understanding of the rules is that if you don't have any power, you can't take any actions, even if they cost 0 power. I suppose that in theory Sarcasmorator could use Devolve after Periodical's turn, or after any of your actions, but that would seem to be kind of pointless at the moment. I'm not sure if anyone else can take any actions during your turns, but I don't think they can right now.
I'd suggest that in the interests of keeping things moving along, you can go ahead and post your next move(s). If anyone has the ability and inclination to interrupt your turn, they can post before we start the next round; if no one interrupts, at least you'll have finished up your turn and Sarcasmorator can get everything prepped for the next round whenever he has the opportunity. |

Yes, if you're the only one with power, go ahead and take your turn. If I *really* wanted to devolve or something, I'd interject after the fact. If your strategy might hinge on the possibility of another player reacting to you, then hold off.
We are on to Round 2, in the Gather Power phase. I have 6 cultists and control 3 gates, so Cthulhu gains 12 power. |

In future rounds, maybe it would work better for me (or anyone who gets to it first, really) to just list the power all at once, and people can check their totals in case I make a mistake?
