Buge - The door clicks open and you find yourself in the storage shed. You still have an available action.

Okay, assuming I'm remembering how to solve these, I'm going to take the piece at the bottom left and swap it over twice so it's at the bottom right. I'll then take the piece that's in the bottom middle (the piece that was in the bottom right at the start) and swap it with the piece above it. And that's all the actions I get, because I have three intelligence, yes? Two more swaps next turn and it should be done.

Yup. Mary only has 3 moves because of her Intellect, unless you'd like to use a skill point to add your Luck. The puzzle now looks like this:

Nah, I'm in no rush as of yet. I can finish it up next turn. That's it for me until then.

EXPLORE. Joe whips out his magnifying glass to see if there's any kerosene, oily rags or blasting caps.

Does that include stepping outside? Because if so, Joe's going to take a few experimental swings with the crowbar and rush out the door.

Keeper's turn!
  1. Trading step! For no one!
  2. Keeper gains 4 threat, bringing his total to 6.
    • Evil Presence - 1 Threat - Draw 1 Mythos and 1 Trauma Card
    • Raise Dead - 1 Threat - A corpse is placed in the Graveyard
  3. 1 time token is placed on Event I and is activated

I'll update the map when Nich makes his decision.

Dexter Drake never runs away from a fight this turn

I'll move one spot to the left and get caney on this sucker. Nich, I'm not sure what you have planned for this turn, but tossing the corpse into the fire might not be a bad idea if you're heading back this way.

Edit: Wait, never mind, you're not actually in the graveyard

You moved east into the zombie's space, and then escaped east to where I am, which should be your two moves.

Dexter rolls a 2

Gaze in wonder, undead fiend, as your hand vanishes into thin air! Such is the power of Dexter Drake!

I certainly wouldn't mind it if you don't mind wasting time fighting it. Bear in mind that the corpse in the graveyard could become a zombie at any time.

Does the group have any input? This one's stunned right now, so I should be able to make a run for it (I think that's how it works maybe) if you guys think exploration is more important.

Well, I mean I could also go and try to open up the Front Porch or I could try my luck against the zombie on the Patio.

1) Stunned monsters do NOT cause evade checks (ie: investigators can freely move through them).

3) Stunned monsters MAY take samples (although they can't move).

I hope this answers your question!

I guess I need to see how the keeper's turn plays out before I know what I want to do about that corpse. Odds are that it's a zombie before I even get over there. I don't want to be trapped fighting infinitely-respawning zombies while the event clock ticks away either.

Wait, okay, so, I have the Tome item, but I need to spend another action to read it which I don't have this turn? I guess I'll move back into the Guest Bedroom then, since there's not much else to do in this little building and call it a turn.

Not to alarm you, but which path are you taking to get to the zombie. Left then up or up then left?

If you could show me the exact text of Bind Monster so I know how important it is to read that tome and succeed, I'd appreciate it, but no rush, obviously.

Here's one example.

There are 5 Bind Monster cards, each with different Pass/Fail results. For example, on one card, if you pass, the monster takes 2 damage and is stunned. If you fail, you take 1 damage and 1 horror. Then you would discard your current Bind Monster card and get a new Bind Monster card.
