Hey guys, when I did this I just thought I'd start a thunderdome on the 11th but it didn't occur to me that a month later some other people might be ready to try to host. Which is a reasonable thing I should have considered. Should I put my other thread on hold until it is clear other people do or do not want to host? I usually try to not unilaterally make decisions and that's kind of what I did, so let me hear what you have to say.

Ostensibly we do this for fun so I don't think it's a big deal. I feel like we can just go ahead with your dome for now and we can just return to the standard practice after the latest dome is over.

I did one back a while ago BUT that was just TV themes and hear just all things TV. Themes, back ground music, musical numbers... It can even include music that doesn't originate from TV but does have a version that appears on TV, like an SNL performance.

I can't tell you how to live your life but I will say this... It's almost spooky season. I'm nominating Halloween Music Thunderdome for all things even spooky adjacent. Nominate what you want but frankly, I would love if my competition was similar; Castlevania Thunderdome, Horror Movie Music Thunderdome or in non-musical domes Halloween Treat Thunderdome.

Based on a thing I did back when we were exchanging mix CDs years and years ago. Pretty self-explanatory. If a song uses multiple languages and one is English I'd say that's fine as long as it's at least around 50% non-English by volume.
