I mean, nobody talks much about the Street Fighter comics, with good reason, but it is pretty cool how a recent issue had Dhalsim here come out as trans.who’s this?

I don't blame you - this is a pretty obscure and reviled character which is hard to find information about.Speaking of, argh, I hate how I'm blanking here.

Jacob? Jacob Marley? Both, in a way. That’s Spectrum, who can control cosmic forces with the power of her voice; the artist has admitted that she was listening to a lot of Florence + the Machine when she designed her.
I always forget this character’s name. Can somebody help me out?

I think you have misread the comic. Polka-Dot Man here said 'fortunately'. This was from when he teamed up with Spectro. This guy seems very concerned about Spectro. I wonder what he's doing about it?

Oh, I remember that guy! When Professor Ivo created the Red Tornado, he also created a bunch of other androids: The Red Torpedo, the Red Volcano, the Red Inferno, and this guy: The Red Contain-o. He can hold stuff. It's Shoom. I don't see any ambiguity here.

Comics really need to make it clearer when they're introducing a character. It can be really hard to tell their names apart from the 'sound effects'.It's Shoom. I don't see any ambiguity here.
