That's Tigerella Ty Tygerson the Tigress of Tanzania. She really really wanted to have a nice short memorable name like "Tigress" or "Tiger" but there's literally dozens of preestablished characters with every common variant and she doesn't even turn into a tiger or own cat ears. Basically the comic equivalent of being named Xx_TigerFan6347_xX which as a real bit of deep cut trivia was her AOL handle as shone in one issue.

Fun fact: Lady Lift Legs here was modeled after a woman who was married to Chris Claremont at the time of writing, but who'd filed a restraining order by the time it went to print. You can see her hair clipping through that metal helmet because they had to hastily obscure her face.

Oh that's Twist. She can stretch her limbs, or her clothes, but the muscles all twist around in really distressing ways when she does it. She's jealous of trees because they can grow their limbs out all regular.
