My character is horribly overleveled but thats not the point of me playing this whicch is why I still have the level 1 overhead press, squats and chair pose on my list still. You still need to exert yourself to win battles.
Also when you're overleleveled you can wear the clothes that look good than the clothes with the stats you need. I cycle between the Pink flamingo (second set of faster speed, weaker than the newer set I got) and Game Machine (+5% exp).
Also I don't really try to mimic Tip when he is doing the examples because honestly not everyone can follow along with him (how can he do leg over leg so quickly?!). I use him as a visual guide on how to do exercises properly rather than a pace setter.
