Black Goat has 6 for Cultists + 4 for Gates = 10 Yellow Sign has 6 for Cultists + 2 for Gates + 4 for captured Cultists = 12 Opener has 6 for Cultists + 4 for Gates = 10 Sleeper has 2 for Cultists + 4 for Gates = 6 Minimum power is 6; no adjustment needed. I might be missing something, but why is Black Goat getting 5 power for gates? There aren't any uncontrolled gates on the map, so I thought BG would receive 4 power for 2 controlled gates. (EDIT: Ninja'd!)
Regardless, play will proceed to the left (so Black Goat will be next.) I'll spend 2 Doom points to enlist the aid of the Star Vampires, and will place the first vampire in South Asia; it's not like I have much choice when it comes to location.
