Yeah, I'm with McClain here. The concept of having to grind in even a romhack of FF6 frightens and confuses me.

I keep coming back to that one because I love the idea of giving the characters more rigid classes in FFVI but then that dude went and made it so hard you could easily die in the first battle in the intro! So dumb.

The ones I tried one hit kill any character so there's not really enough time for Ultima, especially with just one character having the spell. Getting everypony's HP in the 3-4k range is my goal right now.

You guys realize I've never beaten FF6 right? Because of pain in the butt bosses tormenting me left and right.

...granted, I didn't have a large game selection back in high school, but I have distinct recollections of grinding in dinosaur forest until I had three Economizers and every character was level 70+ and knew every spell. Not that this was really necessary, but some of us were crazy enough to do it.
