Classic Internet Vidz

SpoonyBard

Threat Rhyme
(He/Him)
I can't believe no one else has posted this yet.

It is shockingly hard to find a good version of this on youtube.

There was a time when this song, and parodies/homages of it, were fucking everywhere for a hot minute before vanishing just as quickly. If you've managed to successfully bury it in your subconscious and this re-awakens it then I apologize.

Becksworth

Aging Hipster Dragon Dad

I mean it's not like the original version was that high quality, given it was a flash cartoon from... 2001! God, there are people old enough to drink who weren't alive yet when that came out...

The video that convinced a generation that Air Man was some impossibly hard badass when he is in fact a total pushover.

Parts of this definitely haven't aged super great (hi random F-slur boy this is an early aughts video for sure) but some of the bits still make me laugh.
"What was that noise?"

Aurelia

sleepy, in my element

I’ve always fought airman first for the music AND because of this video (played MM2 after watching it), and yeah he’s not that difficult lol

Most of the classics I remember and still hum and/or quote have been covered already (Okkusenman, Charlie the Unicorn, The End of the World, Badger Badger Badger, FOE!, etc), but there's still this:
Behind the jump it's that one low effort animation covering an Onyxia WoW wipe. "More DOTS" "Ok sotp DOTS" etc

MCBanjoMike

Sudden chomper
(He/him)
Half the videos in this thread aren't showing up on the page, but I don't think anyone's hit this classic yet

Daler Mehndi - "Tunak Tunak Tun"

Mehndi released this 1998 video, in which the only people who appear are multiple copies of himself, in response to criticism that he owed his popularity unduly to the use of attractive women in his videos.

Torzelbaum

????? LV 13 HP 292/ 292
(he, him, his)
The Axis of Awesome - 4 Chords
I'm not sure if I prefer that one or the live version:

But I guess the live version doesn't have all of the costumes and special effects so maybe the live version isn't as much of a classic.

lincolnic

can stop, will stop
(he/him)

There are a bunch of these, but "Give him the stick DON'T GIVE HIM THE STICK" still makes me laugh today.
