They do if you use the word “bespoke” wrong!There was input delay on some games, apparently. And I'm told it's the ones that REALLY suffer from such things.

I thought I had previously heard/read someone mention that there was some kind of rights issue with the Slammasters games which has prevented them from being re-released so that was why I excluded them.You didn't even include Saturday Night Slammasters, Muscle Bomber Duo, or Slammasters II: Ring of Destruction, but since Tetsuo Hara (Fist of the North Star) did all the character designs and art, that might be another set that isn't possible.
Hm, I thought the Capcom characters were just in the Dreamcast version? Save for maybe Cammy and Charlie?(Cannon Spike was developed by Psikyo, but Capcom published and it uses at least three existing Capcom characters in Arthur, Mega Man and Cammy, for example)
