Stream Night with Garrison and Friends Isn't actually meant to replace the remainder of this LP. It's more like this awesome idea garrison had to bring TTers together via the magic of Skype, Ustream and super nintendo hacks.

The game he's playing in the stream isn't even the main quest he's playing in the LP. It's the second quest, which is exactly the same as the first quest only with bomb-jumping instead of the hookshot. Parallel Worlds is sort of a bullshit game. Kinda. just a little.

Yeah, streamnights are their own thing, I just haven't gotten around to making a thread for them, so that's why people are bringing it up here. I'm going to be finishing this LP in both screenshot and video form, even if it kills me, so no need to worry about that.

I dunno man after seeing the second quest I don't think the first one can actually kill you.

I missed the streams. What changes from the first to the second quest?

The game goes from making you wonder what Euclid was thinking to making you wonder what you're thinking for even playing the game.

Hey Garrison if you don't make a thread for Stream Nights I'll do it for you.

And that's not something any of us want to happen.

i would love to see to the end of the game too. shame the game got the better of you.

another hacker called puzzledude managed to get permission from seph to "modify" the dungens to bring the difficulty back to normality. IMO i think he has taken it back too far difficulty wise with the starting dungens but i guess it makes it playable. untill you get to where the "halls of pain" were. then its just a casual stroll around a foot bridge and you get the cane. then its way too easy with half magic from lupo quarry

I tried Parallell Remodel and reviewed it on my LJ. I was unenthused--the difficulty is uneven at best, and depends on you being a very specific sort of Zelda player.

it feels very slap happy with the dungen fixes. some of the areas now feel bland

oh and also the timer is a day/night clock. if you speed up the emulator to top speed you can see the "day/night" cycles
