Hey Joe, I just wanted to let you know that I was watching your Calice Cup 5 video while dodging lightning bolts in FFX on my Vita, and I ended up dodging 468 bolts in a row. Your struggle to get high scores in Mr. Driller and a bunch of Shmups gave me the power I needed to get that last damn Celestial Weapon.

Great video, Joe. I remember seeing X-Men: Children of the Atom in a Japanese shopping centre in London and it completely blew me away. There was nothing like it at the time, and I was a huge X-Men fan. It was a major reason I got a Saturn, and I'm really glad I did. I miss the days that genre redefining fighting games seemed to be coming out all of the time.

Just saw the new Gaiden episode, and that brought back some memories.

I remember getting to enjoy 1943 briefly after my parents brought it home, I think alongside DuckTales. They weren't big fans of it, though, so back it went.

Art of Fighting, along with Viewpoint, are a pair of nostalgic favorites from being the two games on the NEOGEO arcade machine at the local Burger King. Never really looked at the SNES version until this, though.

I remember trying Star Wars: Masters of Teras Kasi on a demo unit at the local Blockbuster. Didn't think too much of it one way or the other, as I recall, but it seemed fine. Now I'm just amused that Teras Kasi is canon to Star Wars.

Is there going to be a Halloween episode of Same Name, Different Game or Five (Spooky) Reasons? I always look forward to them.

@ShakeWell's also got a TikTok now where Roger has been running down 31 horror games for October. I'm not quite sure how to link to it though...
