Despite never seeing Stephen Universe I think I'll go with It's Over Isn't It. The vocal control and technical/rhythm capability needed for that number is impressive.

I love it when a tie is broken. This is not an A-Team reference, just a fact.
This show is known for it's great musical numbers (many if not most written by series creator Rebecca Sugar) and the huge number of the voice cast are known for music or musicals. And also Joel Hodgson recurring. That always throws me (they also had Sinbad for a while but he was recast).
