I'm delighted by that. The "joke" is that the Younger Younger 28s are unknown by unknowable Britpop standards, and the other poster (Dodgy) is just the sort of band nobody would be a fan of in 2021. It's the sort of thing only I find funny, like Liz's shirt in this old one.
