It hasn't been mentioned in here yet, but based off of some datamined strings in some recent Switch fir ware updates, the codename for the Switch Pro is most likely "aura."

Now, extropolating from past trends:

VR32 -> Virtual Boy
Reality -> N64
Atlantis -> GBA
Dolphin -> Gamecube
Nitro -> DS
Revolution -> Wii
Citrus (?) -> 3DS
Cafe -> Wii U
NX -> Switch

Based on this very clear trend, we can conclude the the final name for Project Aura will be the Nintendo GameKiss U.
