So how do you take your eggs?

Do you like omelettes?
What styles or varieties do you like?
What do you like in and on them?

I love eggs. I'll have Eggs Royale if that's an option. Omelette with cheese, chives and mushrooms is another good choice.

I like Deviled Eggs.

My tastes are pretty basic when it comes to omelettes - I generally prefer cheese (s) or ham & cheese(s). On rare occasions I also might get onions and/or spinach in there too.

My Other vote was for Deviled.

Also while I don’t usually have them cooked this way on their own, On Eggs Benedict is also aces.

I like omelettes just fine, preferably with cheese and onions, maybe ham or bacon, herbs.

Eggs on/in toast is my preferred. I also eat them mixed into pastina often.

Oh yeah, I also like egg in Pad Thai, but that's basically just using scrambled as an ingredient.

Also tamago sushi, which is sweet omelette as an ingredient...
