Dewritos. They exist now. The Mad Lads actually did it.

A long time ago, I was in Maine, and there were places selling lobster ice cream.

Honestly, I'm surprised no one has tried to cram Mt Dew and Doritos into a single snack before now.

Isn't that what Gamer Fuel is supposed to be?

My local 7-11 had dill pickle slurpees. I dribbled just enough on the end of a slurpee straw to be able to taste it.

that. that was a Mistake.

I've never had Mountain Dew, but I'd love to try those chips anyway. I bet they taste very unique!

That throwback stuff, Dewshine, was actually rather pleasant. Real sugar, no weird colors...

... you know, I wonder if the switch to hfcs is what killed Mountain Dew for me. I really loved it as a kid, and suddenly when I was about 10-12 it started giving the me the worst stomachaches and I quit drinking it.

That would be right around when the big pop companies switched over, so maybe? Huh.

Maybe I'll try the throwback if it comes around again.

I now have nightmares about Mt Dew Throwback, not because it's bad (I've never been a fan of Dew in general but the real sugar version is at least more palatable) but because a case of cans of it accidentally sat unused on the back of a sideboard in my dining room for so many years that unbeknownst to me it started leaking straight through the sealed cans and did a lot of damage to the wooden sideboard as well as dripping down the wall behind, damaging the paint, making a gross mess on the floor, and eventually attracting ants, at which point I finally noticed the whole disaster.

I mean, the contents of both tacos and hamburgers are not fundamentally incongruous with options you would expect to be available on top of a pizza.

Also make the taco shell bits the Mountain Dew Doritos from upthread.
Mt Dew taco shells is absolutely going to happen in the near future. I imagine Taco Bell would be all over a Baja Blast line.

Yeah, I'd like to try that. Not too hopeful they'll make it here, though.

Yerah, that IS a bit of a deal breaker for me on the Taco pizza. Should use cheddar or nacho.
