Ah, yes - TheI'm looking forward to seeing the last season! I liked a lot of the show but it's been so long since I watched most of it that it's hard to recall highlights. A few:
Virtual Hydra Nightmare World
Yeah, when he first showed up I was like "He at least does a really good job of imitating Bill Paxton's voice even though he's kind of a so-so actor" and then saw his name in the credits. Genetics! It's cool that they got Bill Paxton's son to play the younger version of his character in the final season. He doesn't look all that much like him but you can see the connection in his mannerisms.
I'm looking forward to seeing the last season! I liked a lot of the show but it's been so long since I watched most of it that it's hard to recall highlights. A few:
Fitzsimmons, in general
May, in general
Hive (by far the most interesting iteration of Ward)
Virtual Hydra Nightmare World
The music sting that played whenever the creepy blue lady with the metal balls showed up
Enoch
Talbot losing his mind and turning into Graviton; he's awful but you feel bad for his derangement
When they stopped leaning on torture-by-the-good-guys as a plot device
It's a good show and I'm glad it had the slack it needed to be The Weird One out of all the various Marvel shows. There was an enthusiasm and glee and energy to it that even good stuff like Daredevil and Jessica Jones never matched.
Enoch hits just the right spot for the whole "android confused by your human emotions but nevertheless supportive and doing his best" deal.
