What's on your workout playlist? I've been putting together one of my own and new tracks would be more than welcome. I have some not-super-strictly-followed personal guidelines:
* No long intros, outros, skits, etc. I want to stay in the zone!
* 4 minutes is the optimal song length. Max song length about 7 minutes.
* Faster = better
* ...but speed is not everything
* No shame in cheesy pop
