What will be the last game you ever beat?

Your eyesight and reflexes aren't what they used to be, but goshdarnit you still like those television games --- kids these days are too addicted to their holoverse RP servers to appreciate the delicate and exquisite abstractions that can be afforded by a quality "hand controller" (as they're called nowadays)!

Your actuarial tracking tag puts your odds of kicking the bucket within the next month as 1000 to 1. What gaming experience do you intend on being your last?

Probably either Final Fantasy IV or The Legend of Zelda; those are my comfort games. Unless I was trying to fuck with my caregivers, in which case it'd have to be To the Moon.

Probably a Final Fantasy, either III, V or IX. But than, I might want to remember part of my childhood, which would make Ocarina of Time the perfect candidate. Just hanging out in the Kokiri Forest, or maybe spend some tome fishing.

I think there’s something poetic about the Pac-Man Kill Screen killing me, and then I get to ascend to a higher Heaven with my good friends, Inky, Pinky, Blinky and Clyde.

Hey, I can contribute to this thread, because it doesn't involve me needing to remember something!

Probably one of my bucket list games that I keep putting off because they're too long. Maybe Baldur's Gate 2? Finally trying a Persona game?

That being said, FFIV certainly does sound tempting. I can think of few more comfortable spaces for me to inhabit as I prepare to leave reality behind.

Edit: Or maybe Trails in the Sky. I've always likened that game to a warm comforting JRPG bath.
