Do you like Valis? Then I have good news for you! There's a demo on Steam for Violet Wisteria, a game very clearly inspired by Valis, made by the Ultra Healthy Game Nerd, an American living in Japan who I think at this point is best-known for getting to the bottom of Hong Kong '97, a notoriously bad unlicensed SNES game.
