I got this for Christmas and it's really good. They've stolen the best idea from the X-Wing series and the energy rebalance system is in it. The visuals are spectacular, and if you liked the PC games at all it's well worth checking out.

Darth Vader's voice actor is pretty bobbins, but that's my problem with it so far.

Yes, it's got a story mode! It has to because I never play online multiplayer as I don't like getting destroyed by people who have time to actually play games.

And I have near-permanent burnout in games with loot boxes and what not. Thank you for the suggestion as Tie Fighter is still one of the best things I've ever played.

Flying close to a Star Destroyer with maximum thrust to avoid the turbolasers remains really scary, as does the TIE's lack of shields, although there's a repair mechanic to mitigate that slightly. The campaign's meant to be about 8 hours long.
