Switch Sports came out a couple weeks ago and I really like it!
Bowling is fun, although it took me a bit to get used to not letting go of the trigger. Rumor is that this is to help prevent people letting go of thewiimotes joycons and breaking their TVs but who knows. In offline mode there's a trick mode with moving platforms and bumpers and such.
Tennis works well, I like that you control both characters at once and the AI has been good at realizing which character I intend to control at the moment.
Volleyball took me a bit to get the flow of but I like it. I'm terrible at volleyball in real life and struggle to get the timing of the bump right here too but oh man getting a spike feels good.
Badminton is probably the only "meh" one of the bunch. It's fine and everything works well, it's just boring. I'd rather play tennis.
Soccer is utterly bonkers and the least exercise of them all in online mode. It's just Rocket League really. In offline mode there's a shootout mode which is the only thing in the game that actually uses the leg strap. I successfully scored a goal by doing a header/faceplant so A+.
Chambara is, um, sword fighting? But on a platform above water? And sometimes you do flips? I love it, especially that there are three different sword types.
Right now the first round of clothing/accessories is about to cycle out, I'm guessing they'll return later. This is one thing in the game I'm grumpy about though, as different players seem to get different options for items and there doesn't seem to be a way to use cloud saves to keep items unlocked on another console even if you sign in with the same Nintendo profile.
I'm pretty limited in mobility due to an injury in January and haven't been able to do Ringfit or walk much or anything else. So this been the first time in a while I've gotten to do anything really competitive and damn does it feel good.
Also they use the riff from the Wii Sports theme because seriously how could you not.
Edit: well phooey I guess the strikethrough code doesn't work in thread titles? Bah.
