James Caan has died.

James Caan, the legendary actor known for imbuing his hard-nosed and loose-cannon characters of The Godfather and Rollerball with empathy, sensitivity, and humanity, has died. He was 82.

I mostly remember him for Elf and Thief, though I do really need to watch the Godfather again.

Also, a pretty good line on the Simpsons when he's trying to bed Edna Krabappel.

Apparently a big Trump supporter and self-described ultra conservative. He had some great roles but I'm not mourning him much.
