I don't think the placement of the game name matters as long as the title is still distinct. Just don't make deliberately confusing thread titles.

I'm up for whatever. I do the title first by popular request but title last often works better for punchlines. This is were my values align.
Jokes typically flow better with the punchline at the end. I trust TT users to be able to read.
Best thread title I've ever made. I want to frame it and hang it on my wall. I bet you've never even played Monster Train, yet the title of that thread lives rent-free in your head. Sounds like an effective thread title to me!

I’ve yet to see a joke thread title that’s improved by the game’s name coming after the joke.
I’ve made this mistake with thread titles in the past but I stopped when I realized how legitimately difficult it makes the forum to parse. I realize it’s never going to stop and my only option would be to just stop coming here but I truly hate how common it is.

This is really what it comes down to, anyway.
There is literally no reason that thread's title shouldn't be Monster Train! All aboard the vore express! It loses absolutely nothing. The original doesn't even follow your own logic. "Talking about Monster Train!" isn't a punchline, or part of the joke at all, it's the thread topic. "All aboard the vore express!" is its own joke and punchline.
Also, "I trust TT members to be able to read" as an argument is not just facile, sir, but fallacious when part of the problem is that by putting the title last, we often cannot read the title of the game at all!
Never underestimate some of the people's ability to fight about all the small things has been greatly exaggerated.
