Alright! The party is up and running! Hey, Wolfman, great to see you again. How's the blood pizza, Dracula. Hey, remember to call a cab after the party, Human Centipede. Hey, get a room, Death Bed: The Bed That Eats.

OK, the party is going great, but now we need tunes to liven up the place. What do we have first?

Round 1
Match 1
First @Dark Medusa lets us in on their "Fear of the Unknown and the Blazing Sun" (by Colin Stetson) while @WildcatJF sheds "Bloody Tears" at the "Monster Dance" by Michiko Naruke

Match 2
Then @Issun is sweet on "Candy Girl" by New Edition while @ThornGhost says "Right On, Frankenstein!" by Death from Above 1979.

Diamond Crusader
(He/they)
"Fear of the Frankenstein Sun"

This whole album from Colin Stetson is incredibly thematic and creepy, and the penultimate song from the album to me has always bewitched me, with Colin Stetson's haunting clacking and saxophone playing, and guest artist and generally amazing avant-garde Laurie Anderson telling us that we cut "the wires for empathy that she loved beyond all the others" like she's some goddamn psychopath HAL-2000.

Torzelbaum

????? LV 13 HP 292/ 292
(he, him, his)
Frankenstein's Monster Dance

(
Shakewell had thought of that before me but I liked it so much that I changed mine to match his.)

Bloody Tears/Monster Dance weeps it's way to victory while "Right On, Frankenstein" is affirmed.

Match 3
Torzelbaum faces this Halloween challenge with a Heart of Fire, a cover by Banjo Guy Ollie, while @SpoonyBard gets some Shade, Man, Stage (Ghouls n Ghosts version) composed by Yuko Takehara, Toshihiko Horiyama, Makoto Tomozawa.

Match 4
"Good King Moggle Mog XII went to town, on the Feast of Season", sings a very confused @SpoonyBard, with some credit to Masayoshi Soken while Dark Medusa is Always There in Our Hearts by the Flaming Lips.

Kirin

How did I not know there was a secret Ghouls and Ghosts track actually in a Mage Man game? Guess I’ll have to vote for that despite also liking the Guitar ’vania cover.

Oh man that first one is really tough. The guitar one is beautiful and I love it, but as soon as I hear Ghouls and Ghosts my brain jumps to Halloween stuff. Gah.

Whoof. Going to go with Shade Man and Flaming Lips

Shade Man emerges from it's coffin while Always There in Our Hearts avoids a stake.

And the party goes on! Enjoy the cartilage mini-quiches and the marshmarrow smores.

Match 5
First, Daikaiju takes the crank and turns it up to Level 9 from the Legend of Zelda by Koji Kondo while Thornghost laments "Marilyn My Bitterness" by the Cruxshadows.

Match 6
Then Kirin is an obedient servant and follows the Lorule Theme from Zelda: A Link Between Worlds by Ryo Nagamatsu while Shakewell leaves you in antici.... um... he never finished the sentence. Anyway, it's the Time Warp by the Cast of the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
