In case you don't get it, it's two characters killed by Arnold Schwarzenegger in the film Commando, of course followed by excellent puns. The guy on the left is "Let off some steam, Bennet", the guy on the right is "Please don't disturb my friend, he's dead tired."

The way that costume is painted makes it look like it was made out of paper. Which would be quite an accomplishment!
