I liked Just Cause 3, lots of mid-air helicopter pinching and random deaths to flying bits of scenery.

Absolute carnage, it was great

Check out MrMightyMouse's run of Comfort Zone, a kaizo SMW hack, on Saturday the 9th at 7:51AM EST! It's a really fun game to watch and he's a super chill dude, it should be a good time. He will be joined by the hack's creator, Orka, as well as the always delightful GlitchCat7.

Wow! That Pikmin 2 run! If I hadn't just watched it happen, I wouldn't be able to even imagine playing so aggressively.

I also really enjoyed the DKC race. Wild upset right at the end there.

Startropics was an awesome run. Theres not really many glitches or anything to exploit, so the game is by and large played straight forward, just with extremely high execution. Really great commentary!

I really wish this was scheduled for later in the day; if I'm up that early on a Saturday then something's wrong. At least there's Youtube.

Similarly, at 10:18 PM EST on Saturday, check out MitchFlowerPower's run of Super Orb Bros, one of the few SMB3 kaizo hacks. I've seen a handful of levels from this game and I've never seen SMB3 like this before.

I haven't had a chance to see much from the last two days, but I'm looking forward to pretty much all of the runs today. Probably just gonna leave the stream on in the background. Also excited for Calco's Yoshi's Island run tomorrow!

Last night's three-man Diablo III co-op run was a sight to behold. The three of them plan, act and move in perfect sync with each other through the entire thing. Definitely check it out.

Also some absurd RNG on drops, getting two (three?) of the legendary weapon they wanted. RNG that lets you go faster when it’s good rather than slows you down when it’s bad is the best RNG.

The one-hit KO/Buster-only Mega Man run today was absolutely bananas. Instantly one of my favorites I've ever seen.

Indeed, that was an excellent run, with very informative commentary. Those are the best runs, when they explain (and explain well!) the stuff being done to optimize the run.

I only tuned in for the back half of the Yoshi's Island 100% run, but it was absolutely incredible. Catch the VOD ASAP if you missed it.

I remember seeing the Trihexx one years back, and the base level of skill required was completely mindblowing.

Seconding Bongo's recommendation for the 100% Yoshi's Island if you want to watch someone nearly flawlessly play that entire game.

One of the best awful block runs I've ever seen, absolutely delightful start to finish. What an absolute spectacle of a game, and great runner/comms the whole way through.

Poor MrMightyMouse, the entire GDQ Twitch stream went down for 10 minutes during his run. He came back and finished it like a champ, but what a bummer for him.

That blindfolded Mario 64 run was maybe one of the most engaging, tense and exciting pieces of media I have ever seen. The last throw of the bowser fight was the cherry on top.

He just stopped where he was and continued once the stream came back. He was pretty cool about it, but he had a number of deaths later on and I imagine that the forced downtime didn’t help with his concentration.

I have watched the Startropics one, and am now near the end of Mr. Bones, which is, indeed, amazing. Totally agree with krelbel. This game is a piece of art, and the runner and the commentators are great. Can't recommend enough, if you want something fun to watch.

I've always heard Mr. Bones recommended in various places over the years. I actually have a copy... maybe I should actually sit down and give it a fair shot.

It certainly looks like an experience. But be warned, die US version is supposed to be very hard, at least in some places.

That is probably why I've bounced off of it. I haven't really put my full devotion into it like I do other really tough games.
