So this is a tough time for all of us. I know this big change in our lives will affect us all greatly, but I'm confident we can come together and pull through it. As a community. This is a change that has been a long time coming, and while it may feel weird and uncomfortable for a little while some growing pains are to be expected. You may wonder if it was necessary, if the unsettling feeling of something being not quite right will ever go away, if a mistake might have been made. But change is good and necessary, it's what makes life worth living. So let's celebrate the present while we pour one out for the past and bid farewell.

Goodbye, unnecessary OL! You were a relic from the days when I used you to differentiate myself from anyone else that already grabbed 'SpoonyBard' as a username, and that was never needed here.

Online Life, a sprite comic I done in the early aughts where Green Mikhail was my self-insert and mostly consisted of in-jokes with my then online community, as well as references to whatever anime/game I was into at the time.

In those days most forums or other gaming sites I tried to register with already had a 'SpoonyBard', so I started using 'OL' stapled onto the end. And then I registered here and just thoughtlessly went with it, without even checking if the original was taken.
