If we've got a Metroidvania thread, we should probably have a thread just for the many progeny of a man named Zelda, slayer of evil porcine gods, and rescuer of princesses also named Zelda. Whether top-down or side-scrolling, this be the thread for yon games of exploration.
I'll just start things off by mentioning Ocean's Heart, a very new entry in the category that sort of splits the difference between a more traditional action RPG (quest logs/etc) and the handheld Zeldos. Only put about an hour into it so far, but it's pretty fun and I can see where the game's going to develop from here. Visually, it's much in the style of Lenna's Inception but at a higher resolution and level of detail. Hitboxes are taking me a bit to get used to though.
