Void Pyramid is an exploration-focused puzzle RPG -- more puzzle than RPG. Your goal is to escape the VOID PYRAMID, except no wait, your real goal is to collect all of the treasures and then escape the VOID PYRAMID. I promised the author that I'd record a playthrough of the game, so I did.

I like this game a lot, and if the first few minutes of the video appeal to you, then I really recommend you stop watching and give it a try yourself. You can play Void Pyramid for free on PC, Mac, or Android devices.

Will do! I had a good time when you pointed me to DUNGEONMEN a few years ago, and this looks neat.

In the bonus video, I show off the location of the treasures I didn't find in my run as well as the secret MUTANT class.

IN CONCLUSION: Void Pyramid is a pretty quick game, and it's jam-packed with stuff to discover. I had a real good time playing it, and I think you will also have a good time playing it. So play it!

This was a fun way to kill a couple of afternoons. I finished with 40/42 treasures, missing only the Camel and Love (although I suspect that the former might lead me directly to the latter with that awful hologram). There were also a few of what felt like might loose ends that may or may not be related, but they could just be colour.

You're correct. The Camel is shown off in the bonus video above, but if you don't want an exact spoiler, then it's in the fourth/last area. There's nothing indicating where the Camel is -- you have to poke around a bit.

And then, yes, KHAN-E gives the Love treasure once she sees all the "cute" treasures.

If you have any questions/feedback, I have a dev who's all too eager to hear them.

When my wife, whom you may remember as caviar.and.cigarettes from her brief foray onto this very forum, found out that Goat Simulator is a thing that exists she wanted to try it.

Here is the result.

This is somewhere between a let's play, a longplay, and a translation, but I'm playing through a Japanese Romancing SaGa 3 ROM hack on my channel.

Oh yeah, forgot to post, I've been streaming Skyward Sword in anticipation of Breath of the Wild. You can find my channel here. I'm going to try to play some more tonight and maybe later this week around 8 p.m. Eastern. Come hang out! It's much more fun with chatters.

I have very tentative plans to stream BotW when it comes out, contingent on whether or not my Elgato plays nice with the Switch. I'm HOPING it'll work just fine on Wii U mode since it's going to be a fairly simple HDMI output and not all the crazyness on the back of hte PS3 that always gives me trouble.

Hey, it's my first video LP in a while! I decided to start a new game in Hollow Knight and see if I could finish it fast enough to get one of the speedrun achievements. This is complicated by the fact that I really don't know how to speedrun the game, but I'm still pretty happy with how the series turned out. Note that the first part of the run wasn't streamed, so it's normal that it starts out partway through. Also, I start each stream on my own, but partway through each video I'm joined by various people to talk about Hollow Knight and, uh, wrestling pay-per-views. Anyway, I had a lot of fun with this, so enjoy!

I decided to stream Mega Man the other night and as it happens, I think this is the best I've ever played it:

Cool video! I watched the first couple levels and will hopefully watch more later. You have a great voice for this format.

Aw, shucks. Actually, if there's one thing I still really need to get sorted out, it's finding a way to compress my voice in OBS to keep its volume more even. I'm gonna try out some of the filters to see if I can make it consistently louder, which will allow me to turn the game audio up a bit in future videos.

I've been watching video plot summaries and speedruns of JRPGs and other long campaign games and man, the time and effort saved compared to playing them feels amazing. I'm saving my energies for games I want to play most. I know I'm glorifying laziness but I've played through several hundred games over the years so I feel I've earned the privilege.

It's been almost 6 months, but I finally did another video! I'm pretty happy with the audio quality on this one, I think it's a lot better than the first two were.

I forgot about this thread. Is it a let's play if it's Mike and I racing each other?

I think so. Here's Mike and I racing Mega Man 2 (Mike beats me because I totally screw the pooch on the Wily wall turret boss), Contra (Mike never stood a chance, really), then Ninja Gaiden and Punch-Out!!, which we don't actually finish, so maybe those don't count as Let's Plays?
