What Kind of Pickles Does Quiznos Use? (And Other Pickle Talk)

Been trying to figure this out for years. I can take or leave Quiznos sandwiches -- which is good, because the restaurants seem to come and go -- but even after not having been there in many years, I still just remember the pickles you'd get from the condiment station were so good, I'd cram as many as I could into one of those little plastic dipping cups with the lid before going.

I don't know what it is, but those pickles hit just the right note for me. And I haven't found anything close to them since.

Searches haven't helped. Does anyone have a clue? Are they proprietary pickles packaged precisely for Quiznos profit? I gotta know.

The plastic cup of Quiznos pickles resonates on a deep level with me. I'm pretty sure I never went to a Quiznos that I did not top one off and carry it back to my table with me to eat as a small side.

I'm fairly certain the pickles were sliced into pickle chips. They're definitely not a dill pickle. Were they bread and butter style pickles?
