He has passed from cancer at age 70.

Big Adventure is such a beloved film of mine, and Pee Wee's Playhouse was a huge part of my childhood. This one really hurts.

Pee-Wee's Playhouse was a classic of my childhood.

He also played a creepy, backstabbing Starscream-esque villain underling in TRON: Uprising. The character was perhaps a little cliché, but Reuben's performance was always fun. And I even think they might have modeled the character after the actor.
