Great character actor M Emmet Walsh died today at age 88.

Definitely a guy you've seen if you've watched movies, even if you don't know his name.

I only know him as Jills father from Home Improvement. I liked seeing him in the handful of episodes he was on.

I highly recommend Blood Simple, which I posted a scene from. The first Coens movie, it's perfect little thriller.

He also hated those cans in The Jerk.
