Yeah Yeah I, just wanna say some final wrap-up shit and then I swear I'll be done, honest.

There are two main reasons the Epilogue write up wasn't just "fuck this game" copy pasted 400 times. The first is that what Gahitsu said about making games like these in the video (and her subsequent post in this thread) was totally accurate, and it somehow managed to stick with me even in the throes of drunken madness.

The other reason is somewhat more accidental. While I was setting up the videos, youtube did that thing it does where it suggests related videos, and one of the top ones was part 5 of someone else's LP of the game. I laughed at the coincidence of it all, and left a dumb comment, which the other LPer left a good-natured response to. Standard internet shenanigans signifying nothing.

But then I got curious. I approached this LP with "speedrunning" and alcohol abuse. How would someone ELSE do it? was there even another way to do it?! Besides, she was so kind as to watch my stupid videos, shouldn't I pay her the same courtesy?

So I listened to her LP playlist while I worked. Honestly, I was kind of surprised by how much she legit enjoyed the game. She chuckled at the dumb jokes, made fun of the characters for being stupid teenagers and awwwww'd at sad cyclops girl, all the while being fully aware that the whole thing was kinda dumb and awkward and bad.

And it was kinda nice to see someone else appreciate the game even when I didn't.

So shout outs to WiredBrittany from youtube, and twitch, and holdmypurse.org (which is apparently some kinda super pro MLG team). Thanks for being willing to like stuff even as jackasses like me keep hating. There's always room for people willing to appreciate things.
