A pun storm in my thread? I feel like now I've been legitimized.

It's very... uplifting...

Magnet Man is prone to wild mood swings. You might say he's... manic-depressive.

I'm happy to say that the magnet puns did not repel me.

Magnet Man

I did something a little different with the video processing. Let me know if the quality seems any different this time?

I can't ask for votes this time, so I'll take what I can get!

You said I can't vote, but I'm doing it anyway.

I vote Shadow Man

Ugh... I knew this would go south.

I must admit that one thing I dislike about "buster only" or mostly buster runs is that they don't show the special weapons off more. I feel it does make every video start to feel the same. Of course maybe I just prefer to watch when someone really good is playing (no offense, Red).

I was meaning to ask what people thought about how I handled the Magnet Man and Snake Man fights.

I certainly don't want the videos to seem tedious.

I will be trying to show off the weapons more though!

I liked how you showed the easy way with the weaknesses, and then showed how hard the fight would be without. Kinda expect the same thing on Shadow Man, but doubt you'll be able to do that for all Doc Robots without wasting all your E-tanks, so I don't expect that.

Snake Man fight was a bit of a chore to watch, but only because I know the really easy way to kill him. I was like "use the middle platform damnit!" for the entirety of the fight, but that's all on me. The feeling one get when you see someone playing a game you know well, but doing it differently.
Magnet Man could have gone smoother, but you did ok without his weakness. I tend to stumble a bit on that fight too some times.

Check out RoahmMythril's buster-only, no-damage run on the Doc Spark stage. Actually, check out all of his stuff.

One Robot Master remained.

Shadow Man

I feel like something is a little off about this one, but I can't put my finger on it.

Also, I am not going to use savestates anymore, because it would be too easy to turn into one of THOSE players.

Anyway, we now have four stages to choose from now, so it's time for more voting!

Spark Man Mk.II, Shadow Man Mk.II, Gemini Man Mk.II, or Needle Man Mk.II?

Needle Man mk II
...because I'm not too fond of that stage and want to get it out of the way. And it's not too hard, so it's a nice break after Shadow Man.

Took a bit to get to the forums to post this... but hopefully it's worth it...

Doc Robot Needle Man

Three stages remain... Spark, Shadow, and Gemini...

If by some chance you haven't seen the Mega Man 3 race, go check it out! You'll see that I can quite terrible at this game when it's not practiced.

In lieu of a new Mega Man 3 video today (to give people extra time to vote after the forum issues) I decided to test recording SNES footage for the first time.

How's the video quality look to you guys?

Testing a SNES recording by playing an Ocean game based on a Ralph Bakshi movie...
Not a pleasant sight to start the day with.

But other than that, the recording looks good to me.
Would be good to hear some game audio as well though,..

Okay, Cool World was a diversion, but time to head back to what you guys came here for... more Mega Man 3!

Doc Robot Gemini Man!

We're getting closer to being done, you guys! And not too soon, because we have a goal now... June 1st...

So that just begs the question... Spark Man, or Shadow Man?

Shadow Man

Because it all started with Spark Man and should end with Spark Man.

When Let's Racing Time picks up, I have less time to make my videos. Sorry about the delay guys!

Thanks to Narishm, Mega Move has become my shoehorned theme song.

Doc Robot Shadow Man

Now we're at that point where there are no more choices for stages... There is only Spark Man, and then the final stages of the game.
