Interesting: Metal Wolf Chaos is weirdly valuable on the secondary market in Japan. Last I checked it costs like 90-100 US bucks. Possibly because like eight copies were pressed, I dunno.

My personal theory was that it got made as a way to recycle whatever work was put into the Xbox 1 version of Chrome Hounds after that got moved to the 360. Take the pieces of a mecha game in progress, plug them into a fairly simple action game, record the insanest cutscenes and voice acting of all time, ship it.
