30 minute workout (the one with three patented Sir Sly Ry kettlebell circuits) plus a bunch of two-handed swings with sets of overhead press (8 reps per hand) in between the swings. Was able to finish swing 300 by the time the stop watch hit 30:00. Granted, I was able to do this with a full minute to spare a week ago, but a few days ago I only managed to get 250 swings in and had to skip a set of overhead press.

So today was a good day. The two-handed swings have definitely gotten less intimidating and exhausting since I started doing this workout. I'm doing 6 sets, 50 swings each.
