Those are awesome! And I love that your Ayakashi MC has that obscure youkai on the back of her head The Dantalian concept with the "Ein-Soft" armband is amazing.

OMG, I love flamenco €uro-witch Pascuala. X_DDDD

I agree with everyone else that the thread title probably can constitute a crime of fraud.

Default Finally back :(

Still trying to keep this thread alive.
So I decided to post my art before my laptop finally broke (it's been like, 6 years....) I got a new laptop and while most of the other stuff are sleek, my paint tool SAI still bugs weirdly, I haven't set a tablet driver on my laptop, so I can't draw anything for a while.

and why the FUCK did my laptop monitor looks... brownish?
Every color looks sepia tinted, and I can't even tell if it's white or yellowish white

or if it's gray and brownish gray...?

.......Anyway, have an ooooold art of mine.

believe it or not, this is still a sketch.

I'm trying both superflat and water tool shading. So I change style often...

This is definitely not axent wear :

the worst part, even though I go through intel's color setting, my monitor still looks sepia tinted. Everything looks damn warm, and if I can't tell what color... how the heck I can draw (or color?)

Even though I can finally play SMT Nocturne in this 64-bit 4 GB RAM laptop, lol

Do you do commissions? I'm not in the market but I think you could make some good money doing that (depending on what you're willing to draw).

Default Topic title is clearly blatant lies.

I don't even know my bank account number and I don't possess a debit card right now... (my parents usually keeps the card)

According to the help article, you only need a debit card or other payment method if you're sending money.

Sounds like it might be too much of a hassle for your current circumstances anyways. I think it'd be best to just focus on building up your portfolio at your own pace in the meantime.

in countries like Indonesia, it's not uncommon for 17 y. old to still live with their parents. I guess....

I usually rely with my parents because when I try to sort my own things, it gets even worse. Man, I'm a total loser...

....And if they know that I'm doing commission, they'll just force me to get even more money (I'm not interested with doing art for profit, actually)

....though most of my friends can manage debit cards of their own, goes to place by their own and manage their own stuff...

I guess I can't do most of that because every time I try to sort those stuff (debit cards, money, going to places, social) it gets even worse and in the end, my parents manage that stuff

hah, that's what I get for being socially inept (in real life), I guess :d

Why you young whippersnapping turtle!

*angrily shakes cane*

...

*gets winded, has to go lie down*

But yes, what turtle said. As an "old geezer" it seems that anymore I have a hard time judging anyone's age. And the internet doesn't really help that any.

Honestly, there are a lot of young people around your age who are also still learning how to take care of themselves and are in similar financial circumstances with their families (just take a look at many college students, for example). It's a fairly normal thing that's nothing to beat yourself up about.

Transitioning into adult life is difficult and everybody has their own pace when going through it.

Default Let's not talk about that...

Sorry for being depressed these day. It's better if I don't talk more about depressing topic or my personal life :/

anyhow, a remake sketch + flat color of an OC I made during class 8. She's supposed to be the MC/heroine of a RPG story I'm working since class 8
I remake this OC like... already 6x time...

This one is made during last year...

Her design inspiration is based from Persona 3 Yukari and Jolyne from Jojo's bizarre adventure series, and yeah she's a parody of amnesiac hero and a middle finger to typical JRPG heroine. "Nikki Natsumi" is her pseudonym

That's an excellent design! Which is the more recent version? They look like different outfits for different gameplay situations.

The star/pinwheel motif in the blue outfit is a great detail.

the blue one is the recent one.

I pick nautical star symbol as her clothing pattern because the OC design theme is "traveler", and in her story, she's kinda "lost"

and according to wikipedia :
Quote:
"The nautical star also represented a traveler or sailor's way home whenever they were lost in life or travel."
even better since the RPG story that I make during 8th grade had "star and good luck charm theme"

(The art style is kinda different because I'm experimenting with art styles. Actually, I want my art style to be more "mature" but I guess I'm better suited for shounen-anime style.... )

That's a pretty cool OC you made! Very stylish with the nautical star motif.

On the older design, is that a butterfly tattoo on her left arm? That's an interesting touch if so.
