I know they have a hard time getting any fans to go watch any ATL sports live, but that's just super desperate.

I am honestly confused about whether those prices are supposed to be high or low.

That's just cheap for food, period. Either that slop is barely above pig trough grade, or the Falcons are getting extremely desperate to fill seats in their stadium. Which, understanding the corrupt financial world of NFL stadiums/the problem the entire league has with selling its fan-experience, I have to assume it's mostly the latter but probably also some of the former.

It is entirely possible that the last time I attended a sporting event that wasn't roller derby or local soccer was in the previous century, so I suppose normal stadium food prices would probably make my head explode. The pictured ones seem like... reasonable. ish.

iirc, most generic food baskets that came with fries were like $12-14 at busch stadium
and a 16oz bud is $9

so use that for reference

Veteran's Stadium was like that but I think Lincoln Financial is better due to multiple franchises having to compete, as opposed to just Aramark dominating.

I always prefer cheap greasy truck stop ribwiches to the actual McRib, which is comparatively too soft and kind of bland.

Remember how in Spaceballs there was a Colonel Sanders and they needed an escape pod?

Red Robin Is Offering a Year's Worth of Burgers for $99

Quote:
The Deal
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews is going to be offering a a new burger promotion, called the “Year of YUMMM.” Cute. They're advertising it as you can get 12 months' worth of Red Robin burgers for $99, but heads up, there's a catch.

First, we gotta clarify what a year's worth of burgers looks like here, because for some (including me), that could be quite a lot. With this pass, you get a $15 credit in the form of a gift card emailed to you on the first of each month to use towards your fave burgers. Their burgers range from about $10-$15, so in reality, that's really only about one burger per month. To put it simply, you get 12 burgers for $99, but if you do all the math, in the long run, it saves you about $80.

The Arbynator.

Currently test marketing in Oklahoma City, OK and Grand Rapids, MI.

Quote:
The ingredients include roast beef, curly fries, Cheddar sauce, Arby's sauce, Horsey sauce, and a sesame bun. As an Arby's spokesperson put it, "All of Arby’s legendary menu items/sauces on a single sandwich." It comes in classic, double, and half-pound sizes. If the half-pound version is something you think you can handle, you are a foolish and brave soul, but we salute you.

Good: In'N'Out is coming to Colorado
Bad: Their first location is in Colorado Springs of all places
Good: My girlfriend's best friend travels to Colorado Springs fairly often
Bad: The line is gonna be a nightmare despite it being in Colorado Springs

This might not apply since it'll be the only CO location, but in my experience you can save a lot of time at In-N-Out by avoiding the drive-thru line and just ordering inside.

Huh, I don't think I've ever gone through the drive thru when I've been there.
