I would be puzzled at how Samantha gets such prominence in the pic while Merlose is down by a dark corner, but... Vagrant Story itself doesn't exactly win any awards for female representation.

(Sure, Neesa is a bright spot in being a cool WoC character with actual agency and the inklings of a character arc, but... she has, what, six lines of dialogue? I mean, she has so little impact, even the artist above chose to put a random enemy harpy in the pic instead of her.)
